Pretty sure this is the following release "US VGA 3.5" release with yellow sticker".
Although, it appears to be missing the following inserts:
Code wheel, Registration card, Diskette trade offer and Adventurer #1 (Compared to the last CIB "US VGA 3.5" release with yellow sticker" version I saw).
Odds are it will go for a lot more then I'm willing to spend on it, so hopefully the winning bid will be yours (if you're interested in it that is).
